Jocelyn is a practiced human resources professional with more than twenty-five years of involvement in the HR field. Beginning her career building a start-up human resources department for a national events company, Jocelyn acquired foundational HR knowledge and invaluable experience. She transitioned to Physicians’ Reciprocal Insurers in 1997, where she has dedicated much of her career.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Jocelyn drives company initiatives while acting as a liaison between employees and management. Serving many years in various HR roles at the same company has given her the unique opportunity not only to develop recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, but also to connect with the employees in a professional and meaningful way.
Jocelyn holds a BA from Wagner College and an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Hofstra University and is a member of numerous human resources societies.
