An advertisement should not give any guarantee as to the success of any treatment. Please be careful, and avoid using the term “guarantee” or any equivalent meaning. For example, the use of phrases such as “every patient who ever had this procedure or treatment was 100% satisfied with the outcome,” or “every procedure I ever performed cured the problem.” This will likely get you in trouble, not only from your state licensing body, but also a medical malpractice case. So please choose your words wisely, cause they can come back to do you harm. A jury will reference the language you used to determine whether or not the standard of care was breached.
