Arthur has over thirty years of experience in information technology leadership, including ten years in the medical professional liability industry. He has delivered technology solutions in support of long-term business plans at numerous companies. Arthur has experience in IT governance, development, infrastructure, and cybersecurity, and has acted as an agent of change in restructuring underperforming projects to improve IT service level.
Arthur holds an MS of Computer Science from Polytechnic University and an MBA from the New York Institute of Technology.
