Jennifer oversees the Actuarial Department with a focus on pricing and reserving. She is instrumental in building and enhancing EmPRO’s data modeling and advanced analytics for sound decision-making across the organization.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of actuarial, analytical, and leadership experience, including prior senior roles within the medical malpractice insurance sector. She is known for building high-performing teams and developing models that optimize risk analysis, predictive analytics, and pricing strategy. She holds a B.A. from Westminster College and an M.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of Missouri–Columbia. Jennifer is an Associate of the Casualty Actuarial Society and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
