Dawn has over thirty years of experience in the medical malpractice insurance industry. She previously worked at MLMIC as a Claims Representative, AIG as a Claims Supervisor, and Wyckoff Heights Medical Center as Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. Dawn leads the Healthcare Facility Underwriting unit at EmPRO and previously held other senior roles, including as Director of Risk Management for Hospitals and Facilities and as Claims Director of Hospital Risk Programs.
Dawn holds a BS in Speech Communication with a minor in human resources from Syracuse University and has a Certificate in Healthcare Risk Management from ASHRM.
