Arthur leads the organization’s technology and operational strategy. In his role, he drives the development and execution of EmPRO’s IT infrastructure, operational efficiency, and service excellence. He has a long-standing record of strengthening enterprise systems, enhancing cybersecurity posture, and implementing scalable governance frameworks.
He holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Polytechnic University and an M.B.A. from the New York Institute of Technology. Previously, Arthur held senior technology roles where he led the delivery of enterprise-wide platforms and digital capabilities that supported long-term operational and strategic success.
