Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)

• • To help reduce out-of-pocket expenses, PRIMMA provides an HRA that works in conjunction with the medical plan.
  • There is no additional cost to enroll in the HRA.  Any eligible medical expenses exceeding $2,000 for individuals and $4,000 for families are covered at 100% by PRIMMA.
  • The HRA begins on your first day of employment.

Dental Benefits (PPO or HMO Options)

• Coverage includes routine care, surgeries, orthodontics (HMO), and implants (PPO).

• Contributions vary by plan and are effective from the first day of employment.

Vision Benefits (Aetna Vision Preferred Plan)
