Adam oversees EmPRO’s finance team. In his role, he drives financial planning, reporting, and performance while balancing innovation, fiscal discipline, and strong internal controls.
With more than 15 years of experience in the finance sector, Adam has guided both publicly traded and privately held insurance organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and operational strengthening. His expertise includes automation initiatives, governance enhancements, and leveraging data-driven insights to support sound financial decision-making and long-term success. Adam holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics from Fordham University.
