Physician Wellness: Physicians in Crisis
PRI is pleased to announce its April 18, 2019 Physician Discussion Group and CME Program at CAIPA headquarters in Flushing.
A DUAL DESIGNED PROGRAM:
The program will open with Dr. Kovacs delivering a brief presentation with a focus upon burnout and litigation stress.
The Group will then have an Appreciative Inquiry experiential exercise intended to increase resilience in the physicians while working to combat burnout. A focus will be on exploring what brings meaning to practicing physicians.
All are welcome. Refreshments will be served.
Upon completion of this activity, you should be able to:
- State the three signs and symptoms of physician burnout.
- Understand the causes of physician burnout.
- Appreciate how to combat burnout.
