An accomplished executive with significant experience in the Professional Liability insurance market. Gerri transitioned from the clinical environment at the New York- Presbyterian HealthCare System, joined then PRI in 1995, and is now Vice President, Education Department.
Gerri has 25 years’ of experience in patient safety leadership at EmPRO with ever-increasing responsibility. Never having left the clinical environment, Gerri maintains a private psychotherapy practice for more than thirty years. Passionate about physician wellness, Gerri founded the Physician Peer Support Program at EmPRO. Gerri sits on the Advisory Board of the Sara Charles Physician Litigation Stress Resource Center and is on the Advisory Board of Women in Medicine at Mercy College.
