Adam has over 15 years’ experience in the Finance sector that spanned multiple insurance companies, including both publicly traded as well as private companies. He is a versatile, high-performing professional with in-depth finance and controllership experience. He possesses strength and expertise in leading cost-effective initiatives through leveraging business unit growth, operational turnarounds, GAAP and STAT accounting adherence and compliance, reporting automation, and financial planning and analytics aptitude. Additionally, he has shown strong interpersonal and focused management abilities that fosters trust with key stakeholders, yields empowered employees, drives down costs through risk mitigation and contributes to long-term sustainable business performance. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance with a minor in Economics from Fordham University.
